McNeese State University’s W.A. and Dorothy Hanna Department of Performing Arts Hosts McNeese Choral Festival and Concert 

McNeese State University’s W.A. and Dorothy Hanna Department of Performing Arts is hosting the McNeese Choral Festival for area middle and high school students on Friday, Sept. 1. 

During the festival the students work with choral and voice faculty through solo and group vocal activities, build community through team-building activities and present four musical pieces in a culminating festival concert. 

The concert is at 7 p.m. in Tritico Theatre and will feature the McNeese Chamber Singers and the Festival Chorus, all under the direction of Dr. Shane Thomas, director of choral activities. It is free and open to the public.
