As a former student-athlete, athletic trainer, spirit or band member, we invite you to be a MAF Member for a discounted $100 membership fee!
MAF MEMBERS RECEIVE EXCLUSIVE ACCESS TO SPECIAL EVENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. A FEW OF THESE EVENTS INCLUDE:
MAF VIP Tent at the Cowboy Block Parties

- Friday night before home football games in the Alumni Grove and Noland Pavilion with live music and food trucks. The MAF VIP tent includes complimentary finger food, snacks, drinks and adult beverages. Fall 2023 block party dates are:

September 29
October 20
October 27
November 10
MAF VIP Tent Inside Cowboy Stadium
- Access to MAF South End Zone which includes the air-conditioned MAF tent inside Cowboy Stadium during home football games. Game day food, snacks, drinks and adult beverages are provided.
- McNeese game televised in the MAF Tent
- Access to south end zone bleacher seating
- South end zone field access with high-top tables
- Home Football Games:
September 2 vs. Tarleton State at 7 p.m.
September 30 vs. Nicholls at 7 p.m.
October 21 vs. University of the Incarnate Word at 7 p.m.
October 28 vs. Northwestern State at 7 p.m. (Homecoming)
November 11 vs. Houston Christian at 7 p.m.
MAF Former Student-Athlete Memberships are $100 per person. You may join by any of the following options:
- Mail: Checks should be made payable to MAF and mailed to: Box 91989, Lake Charles, LA 70609.
- Phone: Call 337-475-5588 to pay with a credit or debit card.
- Online: Complete the form below.
MAF credentials may be picked up on Friday, September 1 at the first Cowboy Block Party in the Alumni Grove at the check-in table at the MAF Tent. Credentials will also be available for pickup at the MAF Tent at all six Block Parties and home football games.

- Coaches Meet and Greets
- Become a Guest Speaker to this Generation of Cowboy and Cowgirl Teams
