McNeese Library to Host Rare Book Petting Zoo

McNeese State University’s Frazar Memorial Library is hosting a Rare Book Petting Zoo on Thursday, Oct. 3, from 3 to 7 p.m. in the Archives Reading Room. 

McNeese students, faculty, staff and the public are invited to view the treasures from the library’s book collections, including fore-edge painted books, art books, rare first editions and hand-painted illustrations. Guests may handle the books and take photographs, but no food or drink will be permitted.
