Charles “Chuck” Bellon has given $45,000 to the McNeese State University Foundation to establish the Jennifer R. Icklone Bellon Memorial Scholarship in memory of his wife. The award is designated for graduate or undergraduate students studying special education. Jennifer received her master’s degree in special education and administration and supervision from McNeese in 1985. Chuck is also a McNeese graduate.
