McNeese State University honored the seven faculty members with Emeritus status for their exemplary service to students, the university and the community.   The 2023 recipients were recognized at a recent reception during McNeese Week for faculty and staff.  

Six McNeese State University faculty and staff members have received the 2023 President’s Awards for Excellence.  These annual awards are sponsored by First Horizon Bank as part of its $100,000 commitment to several McNeese programs and initiatives.

Dr. Ann Warner has been named dean of the McNeese State University College of Nursing and Health Professions, according to Dr. Chip LeMieux, provost and vice president for academic affairs and enrollment management at McNeese.

McNeese State University Foundation celebrated the opening of the Ochsner CHRISTUS Urgent Care with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The Urgent Care clinic will serve McNeese students and the public.  The new location of the McNeese Student Health
