Linda Bailey and R.C. Pierce of Montgomery, Texas, have given $10,000 to the McNeese State University Foundation for an endowment benefiting science and mathematics. Linda is a 1966 McNeese graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics while R.C. received his Bachelor of Science degree in physics in 1964 and a Master of Science in mathematics in 1969. Both stated they valued their educational experiences at McNeese and have fond memories of Dr. Patrick Ford, a former McNeese professor and chair of the mathematics department.
